Your details, handled with the same discretion as the residence itself.
This website exists for one purpose: to introduce Los Verdiales to a small number of prospective purchasers and to arrange private presentations on request. It collects nothing that is not needed for that.
Who is responsible
The vendor of Los Verdiales and its appointed sales representatives are jointly responsible for the personal data submitted through this website (the “controller”). You may reach the controller at any time at private@losverdiales.com.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to enter in the “Private presentation” form: your name, telephone number, email address and, optionally, a short message. We use it solely to contact you about Los Verdiales and to arrange a viewing or presentation. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
We do not use your details for newsletters, we do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It does not profile visitors and does not track you across other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers; Google may record your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set in the process.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website, under its data-processing terms, and are then read by the controller. Netlify processes data in the European Union and the United States under standard contractual clauses. Submissions are kept for as long as your enquiry is active and for no longer than twenty-four months after our last contact, unless a transaction follows, in which case the documentation is retained as required by law.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may, at any time:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, or its processing restricted;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es.

Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Submitted details are transmitted encrypted, protected by an anti-spam honeypot, and are accessible only to the controller’s named representatives.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with a new date. Substantive changes will not apply retroactively to data you have already submitted.
